A July 1995 collection of inputs from BCANDS workshops - five community sessions and one provincial session. The report lists barriers, training needs, ideas for improving government policies or service, ideas for employers and ideas for BCANDS. 22 pages.

Identification of Barriers to Post-Secondary Training and Employment
A July 1996 report from a project that gathered data from disabled aboriginal people, educators, employers and community service providers by surveys and personal or telephone interviews. The report includes barriers, solutions, three case studies, recommendations, a summary and a reading list. 50 pages.

Impact of Sexual Abuse and Family Violence on Aboriginal People with Disabilities in B.C.
A July 1995 report documenting the outstanding need for intervention in the cycle of abuse and neglect toward the Aboriginal with disabilities. Based on interviews with 25 caregivers. Includes recommendations and conclusions. 27 pages.

Impact of Sexual Abuse and Family Violence on Aboriginal People with Disabilities in BC, Phase II.
This 1999 document is a follow-up from the initial 1995 report. Phase II further outlines findings, and recommends a short term intervention program for family violence and sexual abuse prevention.
