BCANDS Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. PST (closed from noon to 1 p.m. daily)
The BCANDS office is closed weekends and statutory holidays including Aboriginal and BC Family Day.
If you are contacting the BCANDS office outside of normal operational hours or if no one is available to take your call, please leave a detailed message including your name and contact information and one of our team will be happy to return your call.
* For the comfort and safety of many of our staff and clients who suffer from allergies and their severe reactions, we would respectfully request that when visiting the BCANDS office that perfumes and fragrances are not worn. Besides, we like you for who you are not how you smell!!

In the event that personal information is being voluntarily provided to BCANDS employees over Skype, the BCANDS employee will immediately request that the individual ceases and if necessary the BCANDS employee will discontinue the Skype call.
BCANDS does not guarantee the confidentiality of any information provided by any individual, group or organization, etc. while contacting the Society through Skype. BCANDS accepts no responsibility for any information that is transmitted over Skype.
