BCANDS continually works with our partner agencies, associated stakeholders and related service providers to ensure ongoing and successful services for our clients.
To assist in this process, BCANDS has been able to successfully enter into a number of memorandums of understanding (MoU). A MoU is a document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between BCANDS and a partner agency or agencies. The memorandum of understanding expresses / outlines our (BCANDS and the partner agency) convergence of wills relating to our services, our collaborative relationship and describes the intended courses of action. If necessary, the MoU also outlines the mutually agreed upon dispute resolution process to be engaged in by the parties, thus ensuring early identification and resolution of any concerns or misinformation.
